Un arôme amer – pas de sensation d’amertume
Il est vrai qu’un goût amer n’est généralement pas un coup de foudre. Surtout aujourd’hui, alors que les substances amères ont été largement éliminées de notre alimentation. Les légumes très amers à l’origine, tels que l’endive, le radicchio, la chicorée ou le chou frisé, n’ont plus guère de goût amer aujourd’hui. Nous ne sommes plus habitués au goût amer et ne l’apprécions donc pas, du moins pas immédiatement. Bitteres Aroma – kein bitteres Gefühl
Es stimmt, “bitter” ist selten Liebe auf den ersten Blick – besonders in einer Zeit, in der Bitterstoffe weitgehend aus unseren Lebensmitteln verschwunden sind. Früher sehr bittere Gemüsesorten wie Endivie, Radicchio, Chicorée oder Grünkohl haben heute kaum noch die typische “Bitterkeit”. Da wir diesen Geschmack nicht mehr gewohnt sind, empfinden viele ihn zunächst als unangenehm. Amaro Soft schmeckt bitter und das ist gut so
Amaro Soft hat einen bitteren Geschmack, der vielleicht zunächst ungewohnt sein kann. Doch unsere Geschmackssinne lassen sich trainieren, sodass wir uns allmählich wieder an den bitteren Geschmack gewöhnen können. Falls gewünscht, können die Tropfen anfangs mit etwas Wasser verdünnt werden und später unverdünnt eingenommen werden.
