I semi d’uva hanno un notevole contenuto di OPC (= proantocianidine oligomeriche), che sono polifenoli. Queste sostanze vegetali secondarie sono state studiate molto bene. Il nostro estratto di semi d’uva italiano ha un eccellente valore ORAC di oltre 1.660.000 µmol TE/100g. I motivi di questa elevata capacità antiossidante sono l’accurata estrazione e l’altissimo contenuto di polifenoli.
I funghi reishi (conosciuti anche come Ganoderma lucidum o Ling Zhi) sono un elemento indispensabile per mantenere una buona salute nei paesi asiatici. Durante la crescita del corpo fruttifero, il reishi produce molte spore. Le spore ovali e giallo-marroni del fungo reishi sono più bioattive del resto del fungo*.

La quercetina è un pigmento naturale giallo appartenente al gruppo dei polifenoli e dei flavonoidi. Una concentrazione particolarmente elevata di quercetina si trova nei fiori dell’albero della corda giapponese (Sophora japonica).
Le alghe brune sono un gruppo di alghe con un’impressionante varietà di benefici per la salute. Sono ricche di sostanze nutritive e hanno una lunga storia di mantenimento sostenibile della salute.
