La vitamine K2 (également connue sous le nom de ménaquinone) est une vitamine essentielle et liposoluble. Les meilleures sources de vitamine K2 sont le fromage au lait cru de vaches nourries à l’herbe, les aliments végétaux fermentés comme la choucroute ou le natto (soja fermenté du Japon).
