Winter has been easier with Aronia

I have a family with three children under the age of nine. Winters have always been challenging with a seemingly endless round of coughs and colds making it a miserable time of year.

This winter was different – we used Aronia (daily) and Artemesia (if and when the coughs started) and only our two year old got ill, but less severely as he is still breast feeding – he seems to have received some immunity through his mothers milk.
