Die Abkürzung NADH steht für Nicotinamid Adenin Dinucleotid Hydrid. Weil dieser Name fast unaussprechlich ist, wird NADH auch ganz einfach Coenzym 1 genannt. Ein weiterer Name von NADH ist biologischer Wasserstoff.
