Il nostro olio di pesce proviene da catture sostenibili in Norvegia e ha un contenuto straordinariamente elevato di acidi grassi omega-3. 10 ml (= 1 cucchiaio) contengono 1150 mg di EPA e 1000 mg di DHA.

EPA, DHA e omega-3

Gli acidi grassi omega-3 sono acidi grassi insaturi essenziali per l’organismo umano, ovvero non possono essere prodotti dall’organismo stesso. Gli acidi grassi omega-3 si trovano principalmente nelle alghe, nelle piante e nel pesce.

Fa bene al cervello, agli occhi e al cuore

Omega-3 Vida ha un elevato contenuto di acidi grassi omega-3. Questi hanno le seguenti funzioni, tra le altre:

  • EPA e DHA contribuiscono alla normale funzione cardiaca (da 250 mg di EPA e DHA al giorno = 1/8 di cucchiaio di Omega-3 Vida).
  • Il DHA contribuisce al mantenimento della normale funzione cerebrale (da 250 mg di DHA al giorno = 1/4 di cucchiaio).

Se le donne in gravidanza o in allattamento assumono DHA, questo contribuisce al normale sviluppo degli occhi e del cervello del feto o del bambino allattato al seno. Condizioni: La madre deve assumere 250 mg di DHA ed EPA al giorno e altri 200 mg di DHA (= 1/4 di cucchiaio di Omega-3 Vida).

Notre huile de poisson provient de captures durables en Norvège et a une teneur remarquablement élevée en acides gras oméga-3. 10 ml (= 1 cuillère à soupe) contiennent 1150 mg d’EPA et 1000 mg de DHA.

EPA, DHA et oméga-3

Les acides gras oméga-3 sont des acides gras insaturés essentiels pour le corps humain, c’est-à-dire qu’ils ne peuvent pas être produits par le corps lui-même. Les acides gras oméga-3 se trouvent principalement dans les algues, les plantes et les poissons.

Omega-3 Vida a une teneur élevée en acides gras oméga-3. Ceux-ci ont notamment les fonctions suivantes :

Fish oil with a high omega-3 content

Our fish oil comes from sustainable catches in Norway and has a remarkably high content of omega-3 fatty acids. 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) contains 1150 mg EPA and 1000 mg DHA.

Omega-3 fatty acids are unsaturated fatty acids that are essential for the human body, i.e. they cannot be produced by the body itself. Omega-3 fatty acids are mainly found in algae, plants and fish.

Good for brain, eyes and heart

Omega-3 Vida has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. These have the following functions, among others:

  • EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (from 250 mg EPA and DHA daily = 1/8 tablespoon Omega-3 Vida).
  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (from 250 mg DHA daily = 1/4 tablespoon).
  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision (from 250 mg DHA daily = 1/4 tablespoon).
  • DHA and EPA contribute to normal blood pressure. (from 3 g DHA and EPA daily = 1 1/2 tablespoons)

If pregnant or breastfeeding women take DHA, it contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the foetus or breastfed infant. Condition: The mother must take 250 mg of DHA and EPA daily and an additional 200 mg of DHA (= 1/4 tablespoon of Omega-3 Vida).
